Projeto Peer2Peer promove inclusão e preparação para o mercado de trabalho na NOVA Medical School

22-Jan-2026

NOVA Medical School promotes the Peer2Peer Project, an inclusive initiative to prepare students for entering the job market, bringing together university students and young people with disabilities to work in pairs.

Peer2Peer's main objective is to develop personal and professional skills, promoting inclusion, sharing experiences, and contact with real employability contexts. Throughout the project, participants have the opportunity to strengthen skills such as self-awareness, communication, resume writing, and preparation for job interviews.

The project takes place in person at NOVA Medical School and consists of 12 sessions, held every Thursday, starting on February 26 and ending on May 22, 2026. Activities include One2One sessions between peers and thematic workshops, as well as testimonials from professionals in different fields.

The initiative is aimed at university students interested in developing skills for the job market while participating in a project with a positive social impact.
