Helena did her PhD in immune physiology at The Rockefeller University and a postdoc in T cell biology at Pasteur Institute. Her research interests include understanding how the immune response differs throughout human life, from in-uterus to the elderly, and particularly, between men and women.
Fun Fact: I have ridden in the back of an American police car.
