Public Session of the João Monjardino 2023 Prize

The Foundation Professor Francisco Pulido Valente, the Foundation for Science and Technology and NOVA Medical School, invite to the Public Session of the João Monjardino 2023 Prize, which will take place on May 16, 2024, at 3:00 pm, in the Auditorium Manuel Machado Macedo (located at the NOVA Medical School Research Center, Rua Câmara Pestana, 6).

The João Monjardino 2023 Prize was awarded to researcher Deborah Oyine Aluh (affiliated with the Lisbon Institute of Global Mental Health; Comprehensive Health Research Center (CHRC), NOVA Medical School), first author of the article “Contextual factors influencing the use of coercive measures in Portuguese mental health care”, published in the International Journal of Law and Psychiatry in 2023.

 

The award ceremony will include a round table on Biomedical Research Infrastructures: 2014 – 2024, followed by a presentation of the work by the award-winning researcher.

• Biodata.pt – Portuguese Biological Data Network
