The main aim of this cycle of workshops is to enable caregivers and patients with hereditary protein metabolism disease to become autonomous in the preparation and cooking of different healthy meals adapted to the pathology and respective stages of development.

This Curricular Unit, which is part of the Degree in Nutritional Sciences, is free of charge and brings together future doctors and nutritionists to discuss, learn and think about health policies. Any student of Medicine or Nutrition Sciences can attend.
