Master's Student, NOVA Medical School
Luís has a bachelor's in biochemistry and is currently finishing it's master's in biomedical research. He started working with small extracellular vesicles from the start of his master's and since then as studied them in the context of bone regeneration, leishmaniosis disease, viral infection, and, more recently in his thesis, extracellular proteostasis.
Fun Fact: He is very passionate about football. He is currently coaching the u19 squad of his childhood club and, whenever his joints allow it, also plays in amateur leagues.
