I am a junior biostatistician at the Chronic Diseases Research Centre (CEDOC). I have a master’s degree in Biostatistics from the Faculty of Sciences of the Lisbon University. The work of my thesis resulted in the publication of an article titled: “Effects of antidepressants in the reproduction of aquatic organisms: a meta-analysis”. I started working in 2020 with the Epidemiology of Chronic Diseases Unit (EpiDoC Unit) at the Chronic Diseases Research Centre (CEDOC) as a research assistant providing statistical support to researchers. Since then, I have concluded a Post-Graduation in Information Analysis and Management (NOVA IMS), have published an article regarding SARS-CoV-2 prevalence and mental health (doi: 10.3389/fpubh.2021.689919) and have contributed with statistical analysis in collaborations for medical research projects which resulted in novel publications.
