Advisor for Quality, Processes and Continuous Improvement
It is incumbent upon the Advisor for Quality, Processes and Continuous Improvement to promote the continuous improvement of the quality of NMS activities and guarantee the implementation of NOVA's Quality Manual, of the internal mechanisms of quality assurance. Participation in strategic planning activities, in collaboration with the institutional bodies of NMS and Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, is also an integral part of this function.
