Training Coordinator, Institut Curie
Joao works at Institut Curie’s Advanced Training Office. He is interested in the career development of post-docs and PhDs, and the training interface between MDs and researchers. Joao holds a Ph.D. in Stress Plant Physiology. He also did a post-doc at Lisbon’s Botanical Garden and was a lecturer at Universidade Atlântica.
Fun fact: Joao loves languages, he has a degree in Modern Languages and Literature (Portuguese and English) and is currently struggling to learn Modern Greek: Είναι πολύ δύσκολος!
