On November 23, the NOVA Medical School joins the Science and Technology Week in partnership with Ciência Viva, offering two activities for young audiences at the Faculty's spaces to celebrate the National Day of Scientific Culture.
As part of the Science and Technology Week 2023, NMS will open its doors to high school and university students for visits to biomedical research laboratories and a Molecular Gastronomy workshop.
Both activities are free and require prior registration on the Ciência Viva website:

Science and Technology Week celebrates the National Day of Scientific Culture, observed on November 24 in honor of the professor, poet, and science communicator Rómulo de Carvalho, who was born on this day. The National Day of Scientific Culture was established in 1996, with the celebration extended to a week the following year.
