Lisbon, April 3, 2025 - NOVA Medical School is launching the first module of the AI in Healthcare Learning Pathway project, an innovative training that is the result of a strategic collaboration with the Digital Data Design Institute at NOVA (in conjunction with the NOVA School of Business and Economics) and the prestigious Digital Data Design Institute at Harvard.
The inaugural module “Introduction to AI in Healthcare” will soon be available free of charge to all interested parties, reflecting NOVA Medical School's commitment to democratizing knowledge and training professionals prepared to lead the digital transformation in healthcare.
The AI in Healthcare Learning Pathway is designed to empower healthcare professionals and those interested in the field with fundamental knowledge about Artificial Intelligence and its transformative impact on clinical practice. All the content, organized into five strategic units*, has been meticulously developed by NOVA Medical School, ensuring a solid academic foundation aligned with the real challenges of contemporary digital medicine.
Each unit presents content developed by NOVA Medical School and features experts from the institution as speakers and academic curators, as well as speakers from Harvard, offering a global perspective on the topic.
