CoLAB TRIALS

CoLAB TRIALS is a collaborative laboratory formed in August 2021 as a non-profit association by 6 founding members:

• Universidade Nova de Lisboa (UNL);
• Universidade de Évora (UÉ);
• Centro Hospitalar de Lisboa Ocidental (CHLO);
• Grupo Luz Saúde (GLS)-Learning Health (LH);
• Centro de Medicina Laboratorial Germano de Sousa (CML-GS);
• APIFARMA.

Our areas of activity include:

• the reuse and sharing of biomedical and clinical data in real time (Digital Transformation);
• planning and design of innovative methodologies for designing clinical and pre-clinical studies (TRL>5);
• training of health professionals in planning, implementation and execution of international clinical research projects (European public funding);
• increasing community literacy in clinical research;
