NOVA Medical School received the visit of the Rector of the University of Cape Verde, Prof. Doctor José Arlindo Fernandes Barreto, accompanied by the Pro-Rector for Assessment, Communication and Efficiency, Prof. João Medina and the Director of the Rector's Office, Dr. Carmen Paris.
The visit, within the scope of NMS and NOVA's internationalization strategy, was received by the NMS Direction and had the opportunity to get to know some of NMS's services and projects, as was the case of the Patient Innovation project, by the Integrated Pathophysiological Mechanisms Laboratory, the Clinical Simulation Center, the Library - where some of our students were studying for their exams, and the Kitchen Lab.
The delegation had the opportunity to enjoy a coffee break prepared by a group of final year students of the Degree in Nutrition Sciences.
This contact between both NOVA and UCV institutions is of great importance as it allows for closer relationships and the development of common projects.
