Mental Health Week 2024 - Synergies between the humanities, arts and medicine

Between October 7 and 11, NOVA Medical School, in collaboration with NOVA FCSH, is celebrating Mental Health Week, an initiative in the context of International Mental Health Day. The aim is to promote awareness and discussion about the psychological well-being of university students.

Throughout the week, NOVA Medical School will host several practical sessions and lectures focused on key mental health topics, such as anxiety management and the benefits of physical activity, as well as round tables and networking opportunities aimed at discussing the challenges of academic life and the transition to the job market.

The event is open to the entire NOVA University Lisbon community, as well as to external audiences.
