What’s the purpose of Peer2Peer?
Peer2Peer is a job market preparation program aimed at NOVA Medical School students and people with disabilities coming from partner institutions of the project. The main goals are to provide an experience between two different realities, develop employability skills and promote a community more inclusive.
It’s a project designed by Inclusive Community Forum of NOVA SBE, which has been expanded to other institutions of high education.
At NMS, the project runs from march 29 to june 7, 2022.
How is Peer2Peer developed?
Students and people with disabilities participate in workshops led by experts, and work together (peers) the self-knowledge and the empowerment for the job market.
The topics to be developed involve the identification of skills, interests and personal goals, the construction of the résumé, as well the preparation for job interviews.
