NOVA Medical School (NMS) at NOVA University of Lisbon continues to provide its COVID19 diagnostic tests fully supported by the Sistema Nacional de Saúde (SNS), with its proper prescription. Supported tests include rapid antigen tests and PCR tests, including saliva tests.
At an important time in the control of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, NOVA Medical School is allied with the SNS to continue to assure the community of quality in testing and speed in the communication of test results to COVID19, within a maximum of 12 hours in the in the case of PCR diagnostic tests and up to 3 hours in the case of rapid antigen tests, fully supported to all citizens who have a medical prescription issued by the SNS. Any user of another nationality or without a medical prescription can take COVID19 diagnostic tests privately.
The collections are carried out at the facilities of the Research Center of NOVA Medical School (Rua Câmara Pestana, 6, 1150-082 Lisbon), from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. The tests are carried out by appointment, preferably through an online appointment (https://testecovid19.masterinsoft.com/), and can also be carried out by telephone (210 519 180) on working days, between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and at 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm.
