It was with great pleasure that the NMS received a younger audience on January 10th on the occasion of the Book Launch “Manual of good manners for boys and for girls too”.
The author of the book, Professor Teresa Neto, a pediatrician and retired Professor at NOVA Medical School, dedicated this work to her grandchildren and, of course, to her granddaughters, all present at the event.
In presenting the work, we had the opportunity to listen to Professor Patrícia Rosado Pinto, a retired Professor at our Faculty who also held the position of Pro-Rector of the University. NMS was represented by the Vice-Dean, Professor Nuno Neuparth.
In addition to the wonderful text, the book also has excellent illustrations, by architect Luís Anglin.
